Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TryFitCore. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please provide photo or video evidence.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
